Most of us pay attention to the foods we eat, but few pay much attention to the thoughts they allow into their minds. We all talk to ourselves, yet most of us are completely oblivious to the fact that our self talk is the cause of the circumstance of our life.

As the saying goes “you are what you eat” the same holds true that “you are what you think.” Science has proven that our thoughts create our reality. We can create a life of¬†success and prosperity or failure and lack. It’s our choice.
